Taoist Yoga

The strengths and ease of movement we enjoyed as youngsters was a gift. If you've lived with the aches and pains of aging you realize now that being pain-free was heavenly. The gift of easy movement must now be worked for and can be won. I have done it. You can do it.
John created the Ageless Grace program to help others learn to ease their own suffering. The program is focused on joint health, psoas and lumbar health, strength, balance, even breakfall training. We use tao yin and chi kung, fascia stretching, and self massage.
